Merging est une entreprise Suisse crée en 1990 par Claude Cellier ancien de Nagra.

L’aventure Merging à toujours laissé la place à des innovations révolutionnaires. Les début avec le DAW Pyramix, Merging c’est ensuite penché sur des interfaces audio en réseau RAVENNA/AES67.

Horus et Hapi sont des convertisseurs modulaires qui offrent probablement le son le plus neutre et détaillé. En témoigne les nombreuses nominations aux Grammy Awards d’enregistrements réalisés avec des solutions Merging.

• Chaque canal passe plus de 30 tests de bruit, de distorsion, de CMRR et de seuil de niveau.
• Signal symétrique direct jusqu'au convertisseur AD
• Support de fréquence d'échantillonnage de 44.1 kHz à 384 kHz (DXD/DSD256)

Le HAPI est équipé de 2 slots dans lesquels des cartes optionelles peuvent être insérées.

Il existe une option alimentation redondante ou secondaire à partir de DC (10-14V).
